Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the app or its users. You may also delete your account at any time by following the instructions in the app.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- No Warranty: The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quillix Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the app shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Mumbai, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
